Yeah this one is for Veoh.
But obviously it has some sort of significance.
Why would the creator post the picture otherwise.
Maybe it's to symbolize something?
It is a play on an older art piece.

I'm new so I'm not sure if this is already known to you guys, but there's a derekfb account on Veoh.com

It has 5 videos named Nowhere Men which might have some slight difference.

It could explain why in the latest video the 2 guys look so similar as one is taking the others identity as the painting is about ones lose of identity and how everything we see hides another thing.
